A: product characteristics and use

This product is fit for ac rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 kv for fixed installation, power transmission and distribution line motor lead wire, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and corrosive gas, waterproof properties, such as high temperature environment stable electrical performance, large carrying capacity, long service life, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, large construction, automotive and other industries.

Flame retardant fire resistance test to comply with gb12666-90 standard

Three: use characteristics

1. Ac rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1kV

2. High working temperature: polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) J edge does not exceed 200℃

J margin of soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) does not exceed 260℃

3. Low ambient temperature: fluorine plastic J-edge and sheath

-40℃ for fixed laying, -15℃ for non-fixed laying

4. The cable installation and laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃ (fluorine plastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheath cable should not be lower than -25℃).

5. The allowable bending radius of the single-core cable is 15 times of the cable diameter

The multi-core cable is 10 times smaller than the cable diameter

Six: main technical indicators

1. Refer to Table 1 of Appendix A for dc resistance of finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB3956).

At 2.20 ℃, the j-edge resistance shall be no less than 500M ω /KM, and at 180℃, the J-edge resistance shall be no less than 10M ω /KM

3. Finished cable withstands ac 50HZ3.5 kV /5min voltage test without breakdown.
