Diaphragm pressure gauge

Diaphragm pressure gauge can be suitable for measuring the corrosive, high temperature, high viscosity, easy to crystallization, easy solidified, medium pressure and has a solid suspended matter should avoid directly into the universal pressure gauge measuring medium and prevent the sediment accumulation and easy to clean, shall be made on the diaphragm isolator with universal pressure gauge table to form a system of diaphragm.


Diaphragm pressure gauge is mainly used for measuring the pressure of fluid medium in the production process of petrochemical, alkali, chemical fiber, dyeing, pharmaceutical, food and cool industries. When the pressure P of the measuring medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing fluid of the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument, so that the pressure of P-△P is formed. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is small enough, △P is also small, and the pressure formed by the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument is close to the pressure of the measuring medium.

Temperature characteristic


Because the diaphragm pressure gauge system by filling the sealing liquid as the transfer medium of stress, is due to the temperature of the sealing liquid volume expansion coefficient, the pressure gauge with compression zone temperature increased, the value for the temperature influence quantity and sealing liquid expansion coefficient, the diaphragm stiffness as well as the compression zone temperature related, especially for the low range of pressure gauge, the effect is more obvious. General compression part temperature error is not greater than 0.1% /℃. Therefore, the total temperature influence of diaphragm pressure instrument is generally the sum of the temperature influence of general instrument and the temperature influence of diaphragm pressure part.
