Product Structure:
1) Number of nominal pairs (groups) : 1-37 pairs (groups);
2) Conductor: annealed soft round copper wire, nominal cross section is 0.50, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5mm? ;
3) J edge material: high-density polyethylene;
4) Shielding: copper belt shielding;
5) Jacket: black PVC;
6) Identification and length marking: there are identification marks on the outer surface of the cable, marked at an interval of no more than 1m. The marking contents include: nominal section of the conductor, number of line pairs, cable model, manufacturer M code and year of manufacture. The length marks shall be marked on the outer surface with an interval of no more than 1m.
Working conditions: laying indoor, cable trench, pipe and other occasions requiring static shielding.
Electrical performance:
1) The j-edge resistance should not be less than 2500M ω? Km;
2) There shall be continuous circuits between the pair shielding and between the pair shielding and the general shielding;
3) The core of the cable and between the core and shielding shall be subjected to 50HZ AC 2000V voltage test for 5min without breakdown.
Features:
1) The long-term permissible operating temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 70℃, and the cable shall be prevented from high temperature DIRECT current radiation or contact during use;
2) Cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃;
3) The ambient temperature shall not be lower than: -40℃ for fixed laying and -15℃ for non-fixed laying;
4) Allowable bending radius for cable laying and installation: non-armored cable should not be less than 6 times of cable diameter; Armored or shielded cable should not be less than 12 times of cable diameter; Shielding layer structure of flexible cable should not be less than 6 times of cable diameter.
